日本の書の良さ

 書のよさを後世に伝えていきたい！という思いから始めた五番町書藝フォーラム。

初心に立ち返ってみて日本の書の良さとは何か？

ブログの最初に　　

　　・書いている時のなんともいえないここちよさ
　　・字がうまくなる
　　・作品作りの楽しさ

　　　　上の３つを柱としてお稽古しています

と書いているんです。

でも、お稽古を続けてきて、もう一つあることに気づきました。

　　・ボケ防止

　　　　　　　　　　　です！

書くことによって考えたり手を動かしたり、脳を刺激して老化を防いでいるように思います。

毎日の運動に加えて字を書きましょう😆

I have started this Japanese Calligraphy Art Forum to pass on the attraction of Japanese calligraphy  for posterity.

Back to the basic mind and think about what adds up attractive to the art.

I write the following 3 points in the first blog post:

  ・Indescribable comfort when writing Japanese calligraphy by blush and black ink

  ・Improving handwriting, and

  ・having fun with making artworks 

            as three main components when teaching. 

However, I realized one more thing as I continue teaching, and that is,

・dementia prevention.

Japanese calligraphy is good for our brain as we can stimulate by moving  hands and thinking.

Let's do writing as well as your daily workouts.😆

I had started this blog from ten years ago to announce information, but falling behind in it.

So, I decided to try to update the blog more regularly.
